Freezer Doesn't Get Cold... Kenmore 1694
Pluged in... Lights comes on... Power light works... Alarm buzzes and alarm warning light stays red ... Freezer doesn't seem to make any sounds and doesn't get cold... Kenmore 1694

What is the complete model number? It will be in the Fresh Food section. There will be a sticker near the top shelf on the right wall or the left wall. All Kenmore models are all numbers. They start with 3 numbers then a period, then 6 or more numbers after that.
