Why Is Kaspersky Suddenly Trying To Prevent Me From Going On Certain Sites?

Even though I've run a complete scan and was uninfected, and my Kaspersky is updated, when I go to certain sites such as Google, Amazon, Chase, even when I open Chrome as opposed to Firefox, a K box pops up saying "CANNOT GUARANTEE AUTHENTICITY OF THE DOMAIN TO WHICH ENCRYPTED CONNECTION IS ESTABLISHED" Below that it gives the application, i.e. Amazon, the URL, & the reason, which says: THE CERTIFICATE CHAIN IS NOT COMPLETE.I called tech support and they weren't able to help. The woman was clueless. And I can't get on half my websites.Does anyone recognize this issue? What it means or how to solve it? Is my computer infected? My husband's computer is also acting up, thoug if has a different antivirus program. We both have Windows 10. We are getting suspicious requests to download and install a "GEOTRUST AUTHORITY CERTIFICATE" on many websites we go to, effectively preventing us from going there. It's also happening on my ipad. It's as if the whole network is infected. (We reset the router and changed the password but it didn't help)Any thoughts would be appreciated.
