How Do I Disable Kapersky's Safe Run For Websites?

I can not log on to my bank's online banking system withut Kapersky's pop up making me use their Safe Run for Websites probuct.  I have been blocked even if I agree to use the safe web. (all on Internet Explorer and Mozilla firefox too.) I followed their dierections on creating a certificate using their Wizard,  but this did not work, or anything else I did.  I changed my internet settings correctly too.  Please tell me how to disable the Safe Run for Websites, and for anything else that Safe Run does.  I have to go to court and I have had problems with Kapersky for days and if I am not prepared for court, I will not be able to sue my x (30 yrs married) for the perjuring himself and leaving me disabled and robbed of much of my liofe savings.  His abuse caused me to be on SSDisab, after being a CFO until the abuse nearly killed me.  I need to access my bank records to provide even more prooof of my innocence.  My attny did not bring any of the impt SS's I prepared, or anyting else that would have made the settlement fair.  He makes good money, but wants me to swuffer.  I must get to my info, download to Quicken, and prepare more SS's as well as writing details for my lawyers.  Please please disablle Safre Run, so I can get on my banking sites, and many other sites that I can't access.  I am begging.

So I am assuming that you did visit the page at Kaspersky:  How to Configure Safe Run for websites options in Kaspersky Internet Security 2011.
  • Did you go to the Request to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support?  Do that now.
  • Make sure you have you license/registration number.
  • Select Create a request concerning home and small office products

Misc info about Safe Run:

The Safe Run mode, the component of Kaspersky Internet Security 2012, doesn’t work with Microsoft Windows XP x64.

The Safe Run mode works with limitations on Microsoft Windows Vista x64 and Microsoft Windows 7 x64:

The Safe Run for Websites is mainly designed for accessing online banking systems and other websites processing confidential data.

You can enable controlled access to online banking services to automatically detect banking websites as well as create your own list of websites; attempting to access them, you will be suggested to switch to Safe Run for Websites. You can find detailed instruction on how to configure automatic Safe Run for Browsers launch in KB6317.

When you use Safe Run for Websites, all changes (saved cookies, log of visited websites, etc.) remain in the safe environment and do not affect the operating system, which means that they cannot be exploited by intruders. If necessary, you can clear all changes made to the safe browser and restore the default settings.

In order to disable the option of automatic data clearing, perform the following actions:

  1. Open the main application window.
  2. Click on the up-arrow button.
  3. In the list of components, click on the Safe Run for Websites button.
  4. On the Safe run for Websites window, click on the down-arrow button located next to the Start Safe Run for Websites button.
  5. Select Settings from the open menu.
  6. On the Safe Run for Websites settings window in the Clearing mode section, select the required option.
  7. On the Safe Run for Websites settings window, click on the Save button.
  8. Close the main application window

I was having the same issue with IE 9 I tried and tried using Kaspersky's recommendations to disable Safe Run but could not. Finally I just opened IE and on the Menu Bar went to Tools/Manage Addons and disabled Kaspersky Safe Run from there. I have not had a single issue with it since.
