Broken Phone

My mother is staying at my house in South Carolina, she is from New York. She has a jitterbug great call phone, alcatel onetouch model #4043s. She dropped her phone and it no longer works. If we find someone that has one of these phones that they are not using can re put her sim card in that phone. Do you have to activate it so it still has her same phone number.

You can keep your old phone number. Just tell them that you want to keep your number when you are signing up or call 1-800-733-6632 or visit www.GreatCall.com..
