How To Replace Burner Gas Valve On Jenn-air Cvgx2423

I ordered a new valve and assume that the replacement burner gas valve screws into the manifold, can someone confirm my assumption is correct? I also assume that the entire gas manifold does not have to be removed to replace the valve.
