2010 Grand Cherokee - Incorrect Recreational Towing Procedure In Owner's Manual
I have just received the 3rd Edition of the 2016 Grand Cherokee Owner's Manual;. It STILL HAS THE INCORRECT PROCEDURE FOR RECREATIONAL TOWING. The procedure in the manual is for the 2015 electronic gear shift lever which automatically places the car in park. The procedure that is detailed in the manual is INCORRECT AND COULD CAUSE DAMAGE. Please contact owners who purchased the 2016 & 2017 models with the updated, correct procedure.for more details. I would imagine the inconvenience to owners and the company's liability should be considered if this is not corrected.
