I Can Hear When One Taking To Me But They Can't Hear Me What Is The Wrong

In many cases this is caused by an error in communications between the cell phone and the headset. I'd suggest resetting both devices to resolve the issue.
To reset your cell phone, remove the Jabra Wave from the list of paired devices in the Bluetooth menu. Turn the phone off and, if possible, remove its battery for 15 seconds.
Reset the Jabra Wave by turning the headset ON, then press and hold the answer/end button and the volume down button simultaneously for about 5 seconds - you should see the light flash 5 times. Turn the headset OFF and then ON again and it should automatically go into pairing mode (Bluetooth status light is flashing).
Replace the battery in your cell phone and turn it back on. You'll need to pair the two devices again but it should work flawlessly at this point.
