Jabra Wave. Very dissapointed!
The Jabra Wave has a lot of pluses. Comfortable, not bulky(an advantage over Plantronics Voyager Pro), great noise reduction, and easy to use right away which makes having to answer the phone quickly easy. However it has was flaw. A VERY BIG flaw which vehemently urges me to tell you not to buy it. The problem is the device is really in two peices and one of the most important pieces (the eargel) is detachable and can easily fall off. If it does it's pretty much renders the device USELESS!! The really horrible part about it, is that the eargel for this particular model is unique and other eargels don't fit it. What makes matters worse, there are not backups in the package once ou purchase it. There is only one! Which is just plain stupid. What makes matters even worse is that the company does not offer replacements on their websites. I have personally sent an very nastey email to them asking them, "what idiot made such a stupid decision" ? They probably won't answer but hopefully word will get around and they will take heed before people go out and wasit their 80 buckes + tax.I purchased this device from Radio Shack and the first time it fell off they were nice enough to replace it with one that was on a display device since it was within the two week period but when the friggin thing fell off a second time, i was S.O.L.
Pretty please with sugar on top. Don't waste your money. You'll thank me. I reluctantly went back to a more expensive Planatronics unfortunately.
