Pairing With Iphone

have followed all instructions and blue light won't go. Can't pair.

Try turning the headset on and pressing the answer/end and volume down buttons at the same time until the lights flash 5x. This will reset the headset and when you turn it back on again it will be in pairing mode, ready to connect to your iPhone.
