Cannot Pair With Samsung S2

I have called in to the support line, but got disconnected after being put on hold. My issue is that I have a Galaxy S2 and have tried to pair my Jabra Wave with it. When placed in pairing mode, the phone recognizes the Wave, but then, after a couple of seconds, it drops the connection and will not reconnect to the Wave. The message that I get is "unable to pair with Jabra Wave. Incorrect pin or password". The problem is that I am not asked for the pin or password at any point in the pairing process. I would really like to use this device for it's comfort and ease of use, but cannot if it cannot connect.

I'd suggest resetting the two devices. Start by removing the Jabra Wave from the list of paired devices in the Galaxy S2's Bluetooth menu. Turn the Galaxy S2 off and remove its battery. Turn the Jabra Wave on and then press and hold the volume down and answer/end buttons until you see the lights flash 5 times. Turn the Wave off.

Replace the battery in your Galaxy S2 and turn it on. Go to the Bluetooth menu and prepare to add a new device. Turn the Wave on and it will be in pairing mode. Add it as a new device in your Galaxy S2. It may or may not ask for the pin code, which is 0000 (four zeros). If it doesn't, the code is hard-coded in the Galaxy S2's software.
