Jabra Wave Microphone Does Not Work During Phone Calls

It could be a hardware issue, but it might just need to be reset. I'd start by removing the Jabra Wave from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu. Next, turn the Wave ON and then press and hold the volume down button and the answer/end button until the lights flash. Turn the headset OFF and then ON again and it should start up in pairing mode indicating that it's been reset. You'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to link it with your phone again, but it should work fine after that.
