Jabra Wave Mic Volume

No one can hear me when I am talking. Can the mic volume be adjusted on the Jabra Wave?

Unfortunately, the transmit volume of the Jabra Wave cannot be changed. If you're having difficulty in this area, I'd suggest resetting both the phone (if possible) and the headset.

First, remove the Jabra Wave from the pairing list in the phone's Bluetooth menu. Then, turn the cellphone off and remove its battery for 15 seconds. Next, reset the Jabra Wave by pressing the volume down button and the answer/end button while the unit is turned ON. After about 5 seconds you'll see the lights flash indicating that the headset has been reset.

You'll need to pair the two devices again and everything should work fine.
