Reset the Wave by, starting with it ON, press and hold the volume down and answer/end buttons until you see the lights flash. Turn the unit OFF and then ON again and it will start up in pairing mode. You'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to link it with your phone again, but it should work fine after that.
