Answer Stopped Working
answer button on the end of my jabra wave has stopped working and voice is faint im told .

I'd suggest resetting it first to see if that clears the issue. Start by removing the Wave from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu.
Reset the Wave by, starting with it ON, press and hold the volume down and answer/end buttons until you see the lights flash. Turn the unit OFF and then ON again and it will start up in pairing mode. You'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to link it with your phone again, but it should work fine after that.
