Reset the Wave by turning it ON, then press and hold the answer/end and volume down buttons simultaneously until the lights flash together. Turn the unit OFF and then ON again and it should start up in pairing mode. You'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to link it with your phone again, but it should work fine after that.
