Background Noise
Even though the headset is connected to mobile phone (Blackberry) I hear a period tinkling sound of notes. The bluetooth is completely charged.

I would suggest resetting both devices. Remove the Jabra headset from the list of paired devices in your phone's Bluetooth menu. Reset the Jabra headset by, starting with the unit turned ON, simultaneously press the volume down button and the answer/end button until the Bluetooth status light flashes.
Reset your cell phone by turning it off and removing its battery for 15 seconds. Replace the battery and turn the phone back on. You'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to pair the headset with your phone. At this point, everything should work flawlessly.
