Background Noise

After taking the firmware update it seems that the noise cancelling feature is not working. I have tried tapping the voice control button as indicated in the manual but it does nothing. This problem exists with mine and my boyfriends.

To be able to properly answer that question, I'd need to know what version of the firmware you've installed in the Jabra Supreme. I would suggest that you reset the Supreme's firmware to see if that resolves your issue:

Turn on the SUPREME while pressing the Answer/end and VOL+ buttons simultaneously - hold them for about 6 seconds. When the SUPREME is reset it will automatically go into pairing mode.
