Can The Jabra Ote4 Stream Pandora Thru The Blue Tooth. How Do I Start That?

While the Jabra Talk is capable of accepting the stereo audio stream, it's up to the host device to transmit that signal. Look to see if your phone has A2DP Bluetooth capability (Advance Audio Distribution Profile). If it does, it should just work.
