I Cannot Hear The Phone Ring In My Jabra Blue Tooth Headset.
I cannot hear the phone ring in my Jabra blue tooth headset. I am using it with my windows xp for softphone for work. I can dial out/hear fine but when the phone rings, no sound. When I pick the call up, can hear fine. I checked all the settings I knew to check, please help.

I would suggest you download Jabra's PC Suite software from the following URL:
http://www.jabra.com/cp-cp/support/pages/jabrapcsuite.aspx
When configured properly, it will allow you to know when a call is coming in.
