Low Volume Level
The volume on my earpiece has become very low. It does not adjust, even when I am in a noisy area. Has anyone else had this problem? More importantly, is there a solution?

Sometimes these types of issues can be attributed to a Bluetooth communications error. I would suggest resetting both devices. Start by removing the Jabra Style from the list of paired devices in your phone. Turn ON the Style (it should not connect to any device) then press and hold the answer/end button until the lights flash then turn off. When you switch the Style OFF and then ON again, it should start up in pairing mode. Reset your phone by removing its battery (if possible) for at least 15 seconds. You'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to link your phone and Jabra Style again, but it should work fine after that.
