I would suggest you reinstall the firmware for the Jabra Stone2. The firmware can be found at the following web address:
http://jabra.com/support/jabra-stone2_100-99310000-35
http://jabra.com/support/jabra-stone2_100-99310000-35
Select the appropriate firmware file in your spoken language, download it and follow the on-screen instructions to load it into the Stone2.
