Unable To Connect My Stone 2 To My 9930. Cant Get The Voice Saying Im In Pairin
I can't pair my 9930 and my stone 2. I get the blue light but no voice saying I am now in pairing mode.

Unfortunately, there's no way to reset the Jabra Stone2 other than reinstalling the firmware. I'm not sure what you mean when you say that you, "get the blue light." My question is - is the blue light flashing constantly? If so, you're in pairing mode.
If not, press and hold the answer/end button until the headset turns OFF (you'll see the lights flash four times together) then press and hold the answer/end button until the blue light is flashing constantly - this would be pairing mode.
I'd strongly suggest resetting the phone by turning it off and removing its battery for 15 seconds. This will clear out any communications errors that may have happened previously.
