My Headset Wont Pair And A Fushia Light Turns On When Trying To Pair.

There are a couple of ways for the light to be the color you describe - the first is just that the battery is low. The second is that the headset is being charged or plugged into a USB device while you're trying to put it into pairing mode. Make sure that the headset is fully charged and not connected to anything while you're pairing it. The light may also turn that color if you press and hold the answer/end button too long.
