How Do I Connect It To My Phone

To pair the Jabra Journey with your phone, start with the Journey turned ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until the unit indicates that it's in pairing mode. Once in this mode you should be able to "find" and add the Journey as a new device from your phone's Bluetooth menu.
