No Audio Through Speaker Phone (jabra Journey)
I just bought a Journey and it doesn't seem to be playing audio through the speakerphone? The phone I am using is a Samsung Galaxy S3 with Adroid v 4.0.4. The Journey pairs with my phone but I hear no audio through the speaker. I have tried adjusting the volume o the Journey but had no luck.Do I need to do the firmware update? What settings would I check on the Samsung?Thanks so much,Lee Siegel

I'd suggest resetting your Jabra Journey back to factory default settings. To do this, you'll need to remove the Journey from the list of paired devices in your Galaxy. Next, turn the Journey on and press and hold the answer/end button until it goes into pairing mode (light will flash constantly). Then, press and hold the volume down button and the answer/end buttons until you hear the third (higher) tone. You should also turn the Galaxy off and remove its battery for at least 15 seconds.
Once this is complete, you'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to pair the Journey with your Galaxy again, but everything should work fine.
