Unable To Voice Activate Calls.

I have the Samsung Captivate SGH-i897 and I am unable to voice activate any calls. I sent my contact list to scan devices, but Jabra Journey does not come up. I was able to pair it with my phone, but did not accept my directory.

I'm not sure what you mean when you talk about sending your contact list via Bluetooth. The Jabra Journey will access your contact list through the Bluetooth profile for Phone Book Access (PBAP) - you cannot download your contact list to it.

The Journey allows for quick access to your phone's Voice-Activated Commands, including the ability to call a contact or number, accessed using the Voice button. If you tap this button, it should bring up the Voice-Activated Commands feature on your phone. You need to be sure that this feature is enabled on the phone. If enabled, your phone will ask for a command, such as, "Call..." then the name of the person you're calling.
