My Journey Wont Go Into Pairing Mode.
the light doesn't go into rapid flash after 5 seconds.

My question would be - is the answer/end button working at all? If it is, make sure you're pressing and holding it until you hear the voice indicate that it's in pairing mode (not just waiting 5 seconds or waiting to see the lights flash - keep holding it!)
