Jabra Journey Will No Recognize Names

The feature with which you are referring has more to do with the phone than with the Jabra Journey. The question I would have to ask is, when you speak the name(s) using the phone's Voice-Activated Command Menu without the Journey, does it work? If not, I would suggest contacting the phone's cell service provider for assistance. If it does, I would suggest resetting the phone - turn the phone off and remove its battery (if possible) for at least 15 seconds - to see if that resolves the issue.
