Jabra Journey Does Not Announce Name

The feature you're referring to requires that your phone also have the capability - it has to support the Bluetooth profile "PBAP," or phonebook access profile. If your phone has this capability, the entry in the contact list must precisely match the phone number data in the caller ID (area code, etc.)
