Connection
i can"t connect my jabra halo2 to my samsung note and my computer (compaq) while my wifi network is available and all are on.

Pairing doesn't have anything to do with Wifi, so I'm not sure why you included it here. Make sure that your Jabra Halo2 is in pairing mode by turning the Halo2 ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until the lights is solid blue (not blinking). Once in this mode, you should be able to "find" and add the Halo2 as a new device from your phone's Bluetooth menu.
