Jabra Halo Headset Stopped Working
I've had the Jabra Halo Headset for a few months now, suddenly it stopped playing sound though it. It still connects to my PC and Phone, still charges, still shows it's paired and connects via bluetooth. However, it won't play sounds through the headset. It DOES however play sounds when connected via the headset jack on my computer AND phone. This is confusing to me and I've tried virtually everything I can think of to try and correct the issue. Now I've come here to seek assistance.

Let's work with the phone first to try to establish Bluetooth communications. Remove the Halo as a paired Bluetooth device from your phone's Bluetooth menu. If possible, turn your cell phone off and remove its battery for 15 seconds. Replace the battery, turn the phone back on and pair the devices again.
Put the headset into pairing mode by pressing and holding the answer/end button until the Bluetooth light (blue) is solid - not blinking. Add the device from your phone's Bluetooth menu.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, you may need to file a warranty claim. You'll need to call Jabra's Product Support Group at 800-327-2230 to do this. You can also reach them by email at [email protected].
