Gn9330 Low Microphone Volume

GB9330 connected in XP machine using zultys MXIE. User complaining that when they talked people at other end could not hear. Also in control panel sound.. the volme bar is greyed out. How do I increase volume? I've Netcomm 9330 same model working fine and can increase microphone volume. I swap the units and problem swapped too. Regards
