Out Going Calls On Jarba Freeway

I receive call real well BUT when I try to call out. When I give the name of the person. I am calling I never know who I well have on the phone! Like I just Called Ruth( one of the name stored in my phone) and I got Charltte (my daughter-in-law (also stored in my phone) Is it the jarba or my phone ?
