People Who I Am Talking To Cant Hear Me Saying I Am In The Distance
ear piece has worked great for about 2 months my orange network has recently updated there service to EE, coincidence maybe but when i make a phone call i can hear clearly but people are saying in am either crackling or in the distance and cannot be heard, i have checked my settings on my phone etc with no success of what is causing the problem, can you please help totally baffled

I don't think the issue you're having has anything to do with the cell service provider's network. I'd suggest resetting the device(s), but without knowing which Jabra model you have, I can't tell you how to reset the Jabra. I'd strongly suggest simply turning your cell phone off, removing its battery for about 15 seconds, then replacing the battery and turning the phone back on. This resolves many Bluetooth communications-type errors.
You can refer to the User Manual if you need to go the extra step in resetting the Jabra device. Most manuals can be found at the Jabra.com web site - just search for the model you have. If this doesn't resolve the issue, you can always call Jabra's Product Support Group - the number is found in the User Manual or in the QuickStart Guide that came with your Jabra device.
