Jabra Freeway
The person I call or the person calling me say that my voice cuts out. They can only hear parts of the converstaion. I have an iPHone 5s.

I'd suggest resetting your Jabra Freeway to factory defaults. Start by removing the Freeway from the list of paired devices in your iPhone's Bluetooth menu. Reset the Freeway by turning it ON, then simultaneously press the Voice, Mute and answer/end buttons until you hear three tones. Verify that the Freeway has been reset - if you turn it OFF and then ON again, it should start up in pairing mode. You'll need to repeat the pairing procedure to link it with your phone again.
