Jabra Extreme2 Doesn't Charge Instead Flashes Red Light

it's still me with the jabra extreme Bluetooth that doesn't charge. I've already reset it. Not applicable since it doesn't charge. I've read another way about changing my battery. It's been with me for a year and got no problem about it till now. I don't even know where the battery is. Please tell me and how do I know if it is due for replacement . Thank

Hey. The battery is inside and normally not user replaceable but you can have a look at the video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MMLocSWjq8Q if you wish to try. Yes batteries are subject to premature failure at times sadly.

Edit - Fortunately, the unit comes with 2 years warranty and that means you are entitled to a free service if it is only a year only. But if you no longer have the proof of purchase, then you will want to try the steps on the video linked to above.
