Is There A Firmware Update For The Jabra Extreme?

Where do I find it? Do I need a sync cable to do it? (Had it for about 2 yrs now.) Hoping update will make it sound clearer.

You can find the firmware update for the Jabra Extreme at the following URL:
http://jabra.com/support/Jabra-EXTREME-Titanium_100-95400210-02

You will need a USB cable to connect it to your PC to complete the upgrade. You can alternatively simply reset the Extreme to factory defaults by turning it on and simultaneously pressing the answer/end, volume up and volume down buttons until the light on the headset turns on white. Turn the headset on and then off again and it will be in pairing mode, just as it was when you first removed it from its packaging. You will need to repeat the pairing procedure with your phone.
