Jabra Easygo I Cannot Hear

I would suggest resetting your Jabra EasyGo: Start with the unit turned ON, then press and hold the answer/end button until the unit goes into pairing mode (blue light flashing constantly). Once in this mode, press and hold the volume down and answer/end buttons until both lights flash a number of times, then turn off. If you turn the unit OFF and then ON again, it will start up in pairing mode, indicating that the EasyGo has been reset to factory defaults. You'll need to pair it with your phone again.
