No Sound When Connected. I Tried Reset But Did Not Work. Blocks Incoming Calls.
I hear the "Connected" confirmation which means the speaker is OK, my phone (Nokia 500) shows I am connected but no sound. People I call say they hear nothing. Incoming calls are not answered. I tried to reset by unpairing and re-pairing but it stayed the same. I tried other phones. They connect but Jabra does the same.

I would suggest you try resetting your phone to see if that resolves your issue. Simply turn the phone off and remove its battery for at least 15 seconds. Replace the battery and try the connection again. It should work fine after that.
