No Sound.
My device is connecting but once call goes through, I can't hear anything out of the unit. Do I need to re-install?

You should probably try resetting the devices. To reset the Jabra BT530, with the unit turned ON, press and hold the answer/end, Volume up and Volume down buttons all at once until you see the light turn on white. Release the buttons and turn the headset OFF.
Remove the Jabra device from the paired list in your phone then reset your phone by turning it OFF and removing its battery for at least 15 seconds (if possible). Turn the phone back ON. Go into its Bluetooth menu and turn the Jabra headset ON and pair the two devices together. After this, everything should work fine again.
