I Have The Jabra Bt 2080 Paired To Ps3 But Can Not Talk On It

You should try going into the Accessory Settings/Audio Device Settings menu of your PS3 and try testing the headset from there. I believe there's a setting in that menu that would allow you to enable/disable the microphone. You can also double-check that the headset works properly by pairing it with something else, such as a cell phone, to be certain there isn't a physical issue with the microphone.
