Trouble In Starting The Key Chain When Attached To Computer
My key chain NS-DKEYBK10 does not start when attached to computer. In USB drive it shows as Key Chain but when opened, the file are explored shows 3 files Auto run icon file, Auto Run set up Information and PC_ImageViewer4, but Image 4 viewer doen not open, so that I cannot transfer the photos to Key Chain. Previously when Key chain attached to computer was working but now it does not work. Kindly give me solution that it will work again.

Deleting photos
To delete individual images: 1 Connect the key chain to delete
from the key chain. The photos are removed from the Device Browse area on the right side of the screen, then click Delete. The built-in software starts.
