Hi. my insignia dvd NS-D160A14 is showing wrong region. Please help asap thanks

Concerning this problem you will have to reload the DVD with the correct firmware, Please contact Insignia help center either by phone email to request the correct firmware for your DVD, If it's still covered under warranty they will want to do this for you.
