How To Reset Insignia Model Ns-32e570a11 To Home Mode?

HI I bought this insignia 32 inch led 120hz model ns-32e570a11,from best buy, my issue is that it was the display model and it is still in the retail mode and can't find a way to get back on set up wizard,how do I reset it to the point were if it had never been turned on,so I can set it to home mode,I'm getting really frustrated here I've tried all the menus and even pressing the exit button on my remote control for a few seconds. I implore you to help as soon as as possible,I'm seriously thinking about returning the tv,thanx for reading.

I have never seen a demo mode on an Insignia, so I had no idea they even had a store mode. Usually it is in the menu settings under display or picture settings. If that doesn't work I would call 1888GEEKSQUAD because they have probably seen a lot of this type of issue before and would know exactly what to tell you to do.
