Windsreen Washers Wont Work

i bought a tucon crd i09 diesel 2l last week. When i was driving today the windsreen wash didn't work you can hear the pump working but nothing coming out. It felt like the pipe was frozen? It did come back on for a while but coming home it stopped working again?
