2005 Hyundai Santa Fe

My hyundai was filled with E-85 (not a gas) instead of unleaded, and now it tells me I need to check my engine. Is there a way (like a plug) I can get rid of the E-85 and fill it with the right kind of gas  so it doesnt further damage the car?
