Won't Go Forward Or Backward

just got today. starts fine...blade engages..won't go forward or backward

The machine moves slowly, unevenly, or not at all

• Park brake on

• Bypass valve on pump open

• Drive belt for the transmission slack or has come off

• Air trapped in hydraulic system
