The Mower Will Turn Over But Not Start.
I was running the mower over a few yards and when I attempted to start it again it will turn over but will not run. I have replaced the fuel filter and the spark plugs and still have not resolved the issue. I checked the spark by placing a test light in the spark plug boot and it will flash as if it is getting power. I have taken the carb apart and cleaned it without change in the condition. All safety switches appear functional as the mower will turn over. I am out of ideas, any suggestions?
