I Have A Rz4621 Which Throws The Belt Every Time You Engage The Deck Have Replac

I have a rz4621 which keeps throwing the belt when the deck is engaged no matter what revs put new belt and pulleys and clutch unit but still no luck now thinking it could be the regulator what do you think

The possible cause of this are tensioner pulley or the hydraulic motor. If they are loose the belt will come off.
