New Drive Belt On, But It's Slipping. Is There Adjustment To Tighten?

There are 4 separate belts on this unit.

Starting from the back going fowward

Engine to top of the next pulley - no adjustment that I know of.

The next belt goes from the bottom of that pulley, to the top of the next pulley.

There is no adjustment, there is an adler arm to release or engage the next pulley.

The thrid belt goes from the bottom to the mower deck.

There is no adjustment, there is an adler arm to release or engage the next mower deck pulley.
