Clutch Stop!!!

Had good intentions to change the Hyd Motor belt in MZ5225. Followed instructions and removed the "clutch stop." Then decided that job would take too long for now. Reinstalled the "clutch stop", and noticed there were two notches in the clutch assembly. Could not tell which one I removed from the stop. Installed - started mower - Left stick will move as advertised - Right stick will not perform action - feels like it is locked. I am "assuming" that I installed the clutch stop in the wrong position. Does anyone know why two positions and how to pick the correct one? One other thing - I did change the deck belt but I don't know why that would affect the driving.

I saw the instructions in the manual and all it says is to "install/secure the clutch stop. That doesn't answer my question. My question is how do I know which notch on the clutch (there are two) is the correct notch to install the "stop" into.

Refer to the manual available form this link:

https://www.manualslib.com/products/Husqvarna-Mz-5225-3081956.html

Page 40 of the PDF explains setting the drive pulley which involves the clutch pulley. There are specific instructions as to the procedure. Changing the drive belt seems to have had some influence on your issue.

Hope that helps if it does please mark as such thank you.
